Our work has always been about people, problem-solving, and showing up when it matters most. The partnership between Kevin Gerken and Dustin Jones has shaped our company from the very beginning.

Leadership That’s Hands-On

Kevin Gerken, President, brings almost two decades of roofing and contracting experience. His path has been hands-on from day one—covering everything from sales and inspections to insurance conversations, material ordering, and subcontractor coordination. Above all, he makes sure every project is completed and done right.

Over time, that role has naturally evolved. What started as wearing every hat in the business has shifted toward a more focused approach: relationships, job sites, crews, and homeowners. For Kevin, the work itself still matters most. “I really enjoy being on our job sites and talking with our crews and our homeowners,” he shared. “I love collaborating on-site to problem-solve and make sure the customer understands what we’re doing to ensure everything is done extremely well.”

Building the Business Behind the Work

Dustin Jones, CEO, has a decade of construction experience, along with four years in roofing and exterior work. His focus sits slightly behind the scenes—but it’s just as essential to how we operate. Dustin’s work centers on building systems, refining processes, and strengthening the foundation that allows the team to scale without losing clarity or quality.“There really isn’t a typical day for me,” Dustin said. “Most of my time is spent working on the business—improving processes, building systems, and helping us stay organized as we grow.”

At the center of that work is a simple goal: make things run better so the team can focus on what they do best, and homeowners feel the difference. As Dustin puts it: “When the systems are right, the team wins, and the homeowner feels it.”
