We had to have a new roof installed due to hail damage. From communication, scheduling, installation and cleanup Gerken Jones were very professional. We were so impressed with their work we had them install new gutters as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The experience we had with Gerken Jones Construction was above and beyond what I envisioned. The employees are responsive and knowledgeable, taking care of the entire process from start to finish. The roof and downspouts look great and they cleaned everything up, not a single nail found in the grass! I would highly recommend.

From start to finish, our entire experience with the team at Gerken Jones was amazing! From our initial contact with Tyler to our Project Manager, Alex, ensuring that we were able to get our cars into the garage when a surprise storm rolled in mid-job to Sara making sure that we understood the insurance process to the roofers and gutter team being thorough and doing an excellent job, everyone at Gerken Jones was an absolute delight and our roof and gutters look absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and a better quality job! We would recommend Gerken Jones Construction to anyone!

After May 2024 storm damage we contacted a company that took 3 months to get us a bid and the bid was 225% of what the insurance company was allowing. We got another bid at 20% higher but could not get them to come and do the work. My son gave me the name of Alex at Gerken Jones. Alex came out within a week, provided me with a bid one week later, he had the materials delivered and a crew on site two weeks later. Alex was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be contacting them for any future projects/repairs.

Dustin and Kevin are awesom contractors. They communicated with me though the insurance process of getting a new roof after the storm.

Working with Alex and Dustin at Gerkin-Jones Construction was an absolute pleasure. Dustin and his team worked through all of the myriad pitfalls of insurance and used 100% qualified, professional and courteous workers. All of the work completed, among which was roofing, deck staining / painting and window replacement was done on time as scheduled and done very well. All materials used were premium grade materials and were provided within the cost parameters of the insurance allowances. I have worked professionally in construction for 45 years, working with contractors across the country and Gerkin-Jones is right there among the best of them. I would not hesitate to work with them again. They are a completely customer-focused company looking to absolutely do the right thing.

Gerken Jones treated our relatively small job with the same promptness and respect that one might expect with a larger renovation project. The job was completed on time and at the estimated price. It’s very important for seniors to find an honest local company that we can always count on.

In a world where you begin to expect no call, no shows, and then no call backs, I was pleasantly surprised. Great communication and great service. On the day they were to show up it was pouring rain. They called ahead saying they would try when the rain let up, or come back on the weekend. I told him to call his guys and take a family day. Very impressed. Call them you won’t be sorry.

We’ve used Gerken Jones to replace storm-damaged roofs on two different houses. They’re quick to respond, take the time to answer any questions, and make the whole process go really smoothly. And the roofs have looked great! I’d recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

Alex and Loy went above and beyond taking care of the issue we had. Highly recommended!! We will definitely be using Gerken and Jones in the future!!

Had my roof replaced by these guys!! Roof damaged by hail and the insurance company only wanted to pay for half the roof. Kevin presented all the evidence necessary for a full replacement. Their installation crew was amazing and finished a large roof in 1 day and the cleanup of debris and material was top notch. Thanks again guys!!

After storm damage to our roof, Gerken Jones made the insurance process incredibly easy. Kevin was honest, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. He helped coordinate everything during the insurance inspection process and made sure we understood our options. The crew did an excellent job, cleanup was great, and the new roof looks amazing. Highly recommend them for anyone dealing with storm damage or a roof replacement.
